Possible Misconceptions & Errors to Avoid: |
- I can describe fractions, decimals and percents as ratios.
- I can write a fraction as a percent and as a decimal. - I can write a percent as a fraction and as a decimal. - I can write a decimal as a percent and as a fraction. - I can place fractions, decimals, and percents on a number line. - I can explain verbally and in writing equivalent relationships between fractions, decimals, and percents. - I can shade and represent an equivalent fraction, decimal, and percent, using a grid. - I can compare and order fractions, decimals, and percents. - I can compare fractions using pictorial representations, manipulatives, and symbols (<, >, ≤, ≥, =). - I can compare decimals using pictorial representations, manipulatives, and symbols (<, >, ≤, ≥, =). - I can compare percents using pictorial representations and symbols (<, >, ≤, ≥, =). |
